Great place to host a wedding. We had an amazing time & it was picturesque scenery in every direction. Great local feel to the town & we enjoyed hanging out at the local cafes and restaurants while staying here.

Beautifully situated in the heart of an idyllic small town. The food was amazing every night of our 6 night stay. My one suggestion, since there is no air conditioning, is to at least provide fans for all the rooms. We did not sleep well the first few nights because of the sweltering July heat, so we bought ourselves a fan and it helped.

Well where can we start. We recently celebrated our first wedding anniversary by re-visiting the beautiful town we got married in, Petritoli. If you are looking for a unique, pictureqsue location in Italy to get married this is the place for you. Whilst Ferida and Jean-Marie at Palazzo Mannocchi provide the perfect accommodation, the town and the people are what make it even more special. The palace itself was gorgeous, just perfect for all of our very different guests. We just can not say or describe how amazing it was for us. The rooms were perfect, the kitchens were big enough and in the right places to host everyone. With a couple of self-contained apartments in the castle, the people with families were able to have a space of their own (although there is so much space it was probably unnecessary.) The main pool is in the middle of the accommodation – which is actually bigger than it looks in the photos – and was almost like a centre point for everyone to gather during the day. Our guests didn’t all know each other so this was a great opportunity for them to integrate and made a really comfortable, friendly atmosphere on the day of our wedding. Our Wedding was on the Tuesday, and in true British fashion, it rained! Despite nothing going to plan, it was absolutely perfect. Instead of the outside, we got married under the arches, which was as intimate and beautiful as the whole week had been. The mayor married us, the mayor!! And then there was the food. Wow. During a dry moment, we disappeared from dinner for some photos. And when we came back, I think we were on to the fifth course. We were full, and had even missed a few courses! Who knows how our guests managed it, but they did . When Ferida asked us what food we would like, we told her to surprise us – to ask the chef to make her favourite dishes. As they say, when in Rome. Probably the best decision we made! Absolutely stunning, the food was out of this world, and people are still talking about it now (a year later!) We didn’t have a wedding planner, however Ferida went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Even down to coming to the local florist to get our flowers, organising the day, delaying the wedding when it started to rain, everything. She is amazing. Although we booked the Castle, it’s the whole town that we got. The palace is situated right in the heart of the town so the locals are used to visitors but unlike most tourist-y destinations, we were immersed in the culture of a local, Italian town. The Tre Archi is the best place if you want good coffee in the morning (a hangover cure!) or beer/wine during the day. We and our guests spent a whole lot of time there and we absolutely adore the staff. They were just perfect, and even returning today they welcomed us with open arms. Very happy to be back visiting. Girasole, the local pizza place, is the other stand out performer where we often found our guests. The pizzas are incredibly reasonably priced and so tasty. The owners don’t speak any English but pizza is an international language!! (And the menu has an English version, that helps ) To sum up, our wedding week was truly magical, we definitely picked the most wonderful spot on earth to get married and will likely be back again to visit next year!!!

Gorgeous place and beautiful setting. Very sleepy village - don't expect anything to happen in the afternoons or evenings. Or the mornings to be fair. :-)

My husband and I decided to spend our family vacation in Petritoli and it was the most magical experience of our lives. We wanted a unique and beautiful location to celebrate our wedding and the Palazzo Manochi in Petritoli exceeded all of our expectations. We rented the Palazzo for seven days and from the moment we were greeted by Ferida and her fantastic staff we felt at home. Our families flew from Brazil, Colombia, and the United States, we were a total of 30 people. The Palazzo is located in the heart of a medieval town that is called Petritoli in the province of Fermo, in the Marche region. The sea and beach are only 30 minutes away. We were completely immersed in its historical ambiance and the palazzo is decorated with beautiful antique furniture, amazing original paintings, has two pools and several terraces each one with an amazing view. We decided to include the breakfast buffet, as an add on every day, and the food was fantastic! The chef Rosella made breakfast every morning and there was a wide variety of options including breads, yogurt, coffee and fruit. We also signed up for an authentic Italian cooking class taught by Rosella which ends up being an enjoyable way to learn how to cook and spend quality time with our guests. One evening, we decided to do have a masquerade ball party, which was something super fun since we had a dinner in front of the arches in the main entrance of palazzo and all our guests wore Venice Masks. We definitely recommend a local wine tasting tour. Our tour guy, Andrea, took us to an exclusive family vineyard 30 minutes away by car and all our guests enjoyed different flavors of wine that the Marche region offers. The tour lasted about 4 hours and Andrea was a fantastic tour guide with great character and sense of humor. He knew quirky facts about Petritoli and the Fermo region that made it the experience more memorable. When it came time to eat, he suggested great places to eat and asked us our preferences and could also teach us about food we had never tried or even heard of before. We also had time for great shopping; Le Marche region is the epicenter of many famous Italian leather brands and many Italian designers produce their clothes and shoes in this region. Consequently, there are many factory outlets at a very low price. In summary, this was the vacation of our lives, we would like to thank Ferida for such a fantastic time!

We stayed there for one week with the whole company (Savings United). It was such an amazing experience. The team, both the waiters and the chefs were absolutely adorable and helpful. Despite having to take care of 100+ people, they made an amazing job. The food (100% vegetarian as we asked), was delicious and each allergy / preference has been taken into account. Again, Gracie mille for this wonderful week and see you soon!

This review is a long time coming. We had an amazing time at Palazzo Mannocchi with friends and family for our wedding celebration in late June/ early July of 2023. Ferida and Jean Marie (owner and maintenance man) were exceptional to work with. We also used Turismarche for excursion planning, getting the proper paperwork filed with the town and for transportation for our guests. I cannot express how wonderful this place is. It is truly magical. We had guests arrive before us due to some flight issues coming from the US. Our friends stayed in Croatia before coming and took the ferry to Ancona, then got a taxi to Petritoli. They called us as soon as they got to the Palazzo and said "this place is incredible". We had 50 adults and three toddlers with us and it never felt crowded. The rooms were all beautifully decorated, the common areas were amazing and the hospitality was like none we have ever experienced. We chose to do breakfast and lunch on our own, the small cafe right up the street Bar Gelateria Tre Petritoli was a favorite among all of us. By mid week the staff knew our orders. For dinner we worked with Ferida and we had three amazing group dinners. The first night was a pasta night and they were able to accommodate for our vegan guests. The pasta, apps and wine was never-ending. The second dinner was a pizza night and again they accommodated everyone's dietary needs and the food was amazing. Our last night fell on July 4th so we had a BBQ night. Our guests were expecting the typical American fare of hot dogs and hamburgers and were so surprised with the grilled chicken, steak, potatoes and veggies were were served instead. All dinners included endless wine and beer and dessert. I cannot say enough good things about the chef and the wait staff that took care of us each night. The wedding was the big celebration and we held it in the municipal garden across the street and then had the reception in the bell tower courtyard. Again I cannot state enough how wonderful everything was. Between Turismarche and Ferida the flowers, band (an absolute amazing five piece band that included a DJ) tables, chairs, food, drinks, staff, ambiance was all taken care of so that my husband, me and our guests could truly enjoy ourselves. For the price it is also truly one of the best values there is. The star of the show really is the beautiful town of Petritoli and the people who live and work there who made sure to make all of us feel at home on this magical trip. We are already planning to be back for our five year anniversary. Truly a once in lifetime experience.

If you're looking for the most romantic, lovely castle, you’ve found it- the perfect place to plan the special event in your life and expect it to go to perfection. My husband and I planned our wedding here and brought 80 of our family and closest friends to the castle- we had never seen it before or been anywhere near here so we felt it was a big risk- but it was the best risk we’d ever taken. First of all, our guests couldn't believe the price of their stay. They thought that booking a castle in the beautiful Italian country must surely be expensive- but it was the most reasonable price we could ask for. All of our guests were enthralled with the beautiful Palazzo, the rolling green countryside of Petritoli, and most importantly, the wonderful people that made our experience so memorable. Ferida worked tirelessly with us from the start, helping us navigate any drawbacks in terms of weather or dates or dietary restrictions and we are truly indebted to her for her help planning our wedding. The food she prepared for us every night of our four night stay was the best food I'd ever eaten. Our guests are still raving about it to this day and during the wedding reception, there was so much food and the quality was worth 5 stars. Another superstar of the whole event was Andrea- he was basically everywhere helping with everything. He helped all our guests get settled at the Palazzo and then during the dinners, he made sure all of our desires were met and then bartended for us during our after parties. He was so lovely and funnyand all of our guests loved him. Andrea, you're amazing!! If you're worried about the response time of the planning team, just know that they are working on every request you have and will see to all your needs when you're there. They were so on top of it during your stay and you'll realize you need to trust the Italian way and relax and everything will be taken care of. Truly trust the process and you won't be disappointed. If you’re unsure about booking somewhere you’ve never been, here’s your sign to do it. It will truly be an unforgettable experience.

Our wedding from May 27–June 2, 2025 became truly unforgettable thanks to our stay at Palazzo Mannochi. This historic residence was not just an accommodation but the heart of our entire celebration. We were warmly welcomed by Ferida Mulaganovic, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. The Palazzo itself is breathtaking – with its beautiful terrace overlooking the village, its ancient furniture full of character, and an atmosphere that perfectly combines elegance with warmth. Ferida always had an open ear for us and our guests, and her presence gave the house a soul. She truly is the heart of Palazzo Mannochi. One of the best decisions we made was to accept her offers to organize dinner each evening. Every meal was delicious, authentic, and lovingly prepared, creating unforgettable evenings together with our family and friends. The food was not only extremely tasty, but it also made us feel like we were part of an Italian family gathering. Staying at Palazzo Mannochi made our wedding experience so much richer. We can wholeheartedly recommend both the house and Ferida’s hospitality – it is an experience we will carry in our hearts forever. Anais & Ivo
